Honouring the Land
My well-being is deeply intertwined with, and sustained by, the Earth that surrounds and supports me. The lands I temporarily inhabit—lands that sustain me in ways I may not fully comprehend. I honour the wisdom of all Earth’s ancestors who have lived in deep relationship with these lands, understanding that true healing, both personal and collective, arises from respect, attentive listening, and a commitment to care for the Earth through reciprocity and stewardship. I acknowledge with humility and gratitude that I live on the traditional, ancestral, and unceded territories of the Squamish, Tsleil-Waututh, Musqueam, and Snuneymuxw Nations.
